Nina Wyllys was born in Bozeman, Montana in 2004. She studied at the Lorenzo De Medici Institute in Florence, Italy. She lives and works between Bozeman and Florence.

Nina’s work pays attention to themes such as mental illness and the grief of female adolescence. She uses her art to meditate and reflect on the social stigma around how detrimental growing up can be.

Shifting from portrait painting to conceptual art, she aims to impact the viewer with an open conversation.
